Prior Experience and Activities: Mr. Weathers has been a Realtor since 1978 and was previously a Principal and Owner/Broker of Country Houses Real Estate in New London, New Hampshire, an independent real estate brokerage firm. In 1980, he became an affiliate broker with LandVest to expand the marketing opportunities for upper-end waterfront and Gentleman Farm properties. After moving to Vermont, he opened the LandVest Burlington office in 1993. Wade enjoys spending time on the water and the hills overlooking Lake Champlain with his wife Marcy and their two dogs.
