A realtor since 2001, Andrea works with both buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire to bring about smooth successful transactions. She worked for eleven years with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group covering the greater Concord area specializing in real estate sales of all price levels. Andrea joined LandVest in 2013 as a Luxury Real Estate Agent and Assistant Project Manager for LandVest’s New Hampshire Division, combining her love of real estate sales with her prior marketing experience.
Andrea particularly enjoys the client relationship from start to close, providing excellent attention to detail and a high level of communication throughout the transaction. In addition to marketing the LandVest New Hampshire properties, Andrea has been instrumental in the sale of properties in Hill, Henniker, Dunbarton, Hancock, Barnstead, and Dublin.
Prior to her real estate career, Andrea was the Assistant State Travel Director for the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism, managing both the domestic and international marketing programs for the State.
Andrea is a long-time resident of Henniker, New Hampshire and “Loves Where She Lives”. She is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys her free time hiking New Hampshire’s peaks with her two dogs, kayaking, or sailing. She especially enjoys exploring local walks and discovering new views.
