John E. Hayes has been a Project Manager with LandVest since 2002. During this time he has been instrumental in the marketing, management, negotiation, and sale of numerous New Hampshire estate properties for both private and institutional clients. His focus has been trained on large acreage country properties as well as classic village homes. His time spent as a Selectman, Planning Board member, and Conservation Commission member allows for an insightful depth of knowledge that has a direct positive impact for his clients throughout the marketing and sales process in New Hampshire.

Upon graduating from High School in northern New Jersey, John applied for and was accepted at the prestigious Art Career School in Manhattan where he majored in Art History and graduated with honors. He then matriculated at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he majored in Marketing with a minor in Business Law. His continuing education consists of numerous courses in New Hampshire state law which were necessary as a Selectman, as well as ongoing courses that are required in the real estate profession.
