Joanna was a Director/Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Boston office of Insignia ESG. As a senior broker in the firms’ Boston leasing group Joanna focused on leasing transactions representing both tenants and landlords. Ms. Dresser completed over 125 transactions with an aggregate value of over $250,000,000 and was a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Multi-Million Club – Platinum Level. She has extensive experience negotiating and closing real estate transactions, combined with a strong marketing and property management background.
Ms. Dresser holds a B.A. in Economics from William Smith College and is a licensed MA, RI and CT real estate broker.
