About Nicole M. Monahan

Nicole Monahan joined LandVest in 2003 to work as part of a team with Terry Maitland focusing on sales of high-end real estate in Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Weston, Lincoln, Concord and various other communities including the North Shore.  Nicole and Terry have regularly been among the highest performing brokers at LandVest.  As a Certified Buyers Representative, Nicole has worked successfully with many LandVest buyer clients and relocated executives, demonstrating an added-value service in her ready knowledge of many different communities. Nicole also offers her design skills when it comes to “staging” a fully furnished house and making suggestions to prepare a property for the market. Since Nicole and Terry Maitland began working together as a team they have collaborated on more than $380,000,000 of real estate sales.  

Prior Experience:  A graduate of the University of Vermont with a double major in Political Science and French, Nicole is accomplished in sales, having spent ten years as an account manager in the high tech industry in Greater Boston.  She has participated in various professional sales training programs, including those of Eastman Kodak and ADP.  Prior to joining LandVest, Nicole had accumulated numerous sales awards and accolades throughout her career.
