A Licensed Real Estate Broker in seven states, Greta previously owned and operated her own real estate brokerage, management and consulting firm. In 2005, she was appointed Senior Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Residential Division of Icahn Enterprises L.P. Overseeing a billion dollar portfolio of luxury resort communities owned by prominent financier Carl Icahn, Greta successfully developed the firm’s corporate real estate division and managed every aspect of operations, marketing and sales.
Over the past 25 years, Greta has established herself as a leader in the brokerage community and an expert in new development. She has been recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders with a Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding sales performance. Greta is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
