“My husband Tom and I have had the joy of owning a second home in the Berkshires since 2002. We live full time in Boston and spend as many weekends as possible out there. We initially found a home that needed a lot of TLC, proceeded to renovate and fell in love with it. We thought we would be there forever. That is, ‘till Cindy Welch called one day and said she had listed a very special property in our same community.”

“At first, we were reluctant to leave what became our home, but at Cindy’s urging we went to see the new property and instantly understood why Cindy wanted us to see it. As we started to imagine what our lives could be like in this new home, we also could not imagine selling our present home to anyone who would cherish it as much as we did. Cindy assured us she could find the perfect buyer. And at that she did deliver!”

— Client: Berkshires sellers

"Thanks to Cindy for all her efforts in getting the final contract signed. I can only assume how much heat she took on behalf of the Sellers and their counsels over the last week, something that was totally uncalled for by anybody's measure. Again, many thanks.”

“Cindy knew what we should buy before we did! We can’t thank her enough for her insight into what we really needed and finding it for us. Our new home is perfect!”
